Synchronizing I Got Notices With Google Calendar.

Initial View. This is the initial view of I Got Notices when you click on the Calendar tab. If you look at March 2 you will notice an underlined name. This means that you either have Court this day or a 341 meeting. The red flags are critical events, yellow is high and blue would be low. Green means you are a go.

Change the Priority Settings. To change the priority settings you:
Click on SETTINGS in the upper left hand menu.
Click on OPTIONS.
Key Words.
Now click on NEW on the right hand side.
Enter the term or phrase you wish to FLAG on the calendar.

Examples:
Dismissal
341 Hearing
Motion to Deny
Financial Management
Hearing to be held
Objections due

Once you have your priority settings finished you can quickly scan the calender for events.

Now let's say you wish to syncronize the month of March on your IGN calendar with your Outlook Calendar.

MarchOn the right hand side of the calendar you are going to right click on March 1 and move your mouse until you have selected all 31 days of March. You will see the selection in Orange.

Select which way you like to sync.
For the purpose of this exercise I would select 1 WAY MICROSOFT OUTLOOK TO GOOGLE CALENDAR.

Click SAVE.
Right Click on the calendar in the task bar.
Click SYNC.

You have now synced your IGN to Google Calendar.
In my office the Blackberry and IPhone have access to this calendar.
